丝杆升降机及组合结构常用万向节联轴器,以保证在不绝对同心的情况下正常运转,WSH型滑动轴承十字轴式万向联轴器与其他三种型式的主要不同之处,是采用新型多层复合自润滑材料滑动轴承,具有装拆、维修方便,价格便宜,少量减振、缓冲,噪声小,质量轻,使用寿命长等优点。十字轴与叉头组合的结构型式采用整体叉头型。主要适用于低速、重载工况条件,最大轴线折角β<15°~25°,工作状态应控制β<5°,公称转矩范围1.25~1250kN·m,回转直径100~670mm。为保证主、从动端的同步性,与其他十字轴式万向联轴器一样,WSH型滑动轴承十字轴式万向联轴器亦采用双联式。
